Ricky Trinidad, M.U.P.P. is an urban planning and real estate development expert with over 22 years of experience in the development and implementation of a broad variety of real-estate projects both domestically and internationally.
His portfolio includes planning and development of residential subdivision communities, townhome development projects, infill mixed-use buildings in urban areas, retail plazas, recycling facilities, single-family home communities, multifamily projects, resort communities, indoor/outdoor sports facilities, tourism-oriented developments, landscape and streetscape beautification projects, among many other real estate development projects.
Chief Development Officer
Stylianos G. Vayanos, B.A., M.T.S., M.Div., Th.M., M.B.A., Ph.D., Ph.D., has extensive experience in all facets of development including; acquisitions, planning, funding, design, permitting, financing, construction, stabilization, refinancing and disposition.
Dr. Vayanos was formerly the Director of Business Development at EarlyShares, a Miami-based online real estate crowdfunding platform, where he lead the underwriting of various commercial real estate offerings across most property types and US markets for the EarlyShares crowdfunding platform. He has been involved in large-scale real estate development projects including Nine at Mary Brickell Village, a 390-unit, luxury condominium tower located in the prestigious Brickell area.
Chief Financial Officer
Caetano Lopes is a civil engineer and financial executive who has served as CFO of several construction companies and real estate developers.
Mr. Lopes was CFO at WBC Construction, Florida’s largest shell contractor at the time, with annual revenues in excess of $200 million, and CFO at American Land Ventures, a developer specializing in luxury residential high-rises. More recently, Mr. Lopes was chief administrative officer during the construction of the Etileno XXI petrochemical complex in Veracruz, Mexico, a $5 billion project, the largest private investment in the country in the last quarter-century.
Ashley Hernandez is the Financing Manager for the Fund and an accomplished real estate executive with more than eight years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has overseen private equity investments in commercial real estate, operations, investor relations and contract administration in the New York real estate market.
Over the past six years, she was instrumental in retaining and transacting with foreign clients to invest in the U.S. commercial real estate market. Her extensive international network covers 42 countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America, which included traveling and developing business solutions. She has closed more than 1.6 billion dollars in real estate transactions.
Senior Development Manager
Ed Miranda is a Senior Development Manager with over 20 years of expertise in all aspects of the real estate acquisition and development process - from due diligence and financial feasibility studies to securing entitlements and permits from government agencies, assembling and coordinating teams of design professionals, and managing construction contractors to build high-quality assets.
Specializing in the hospitality industry, Ed began his career at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach and subsequently worked with The Blackstone Group on their LXR portfolio of luxury resort properties.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Elaina Beam is the Marketing and Communications Manager and has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur managing and promoting her businesses and personal brands, products, and services along with a degree in Communications /Public Relations.
Elaina is responsible for implementing and overseeing the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations by assigning job tasks, facilitate departmental communications and managing external communications. She works with management teams and execs to shape the company’s image and values, as well as the appropriate methods to communicate them to the public.
